Fibroadenoma is a benign tumor in female breast occurs most commonly in adolescent (14 to 35 years) and in pregnancy. Young adult females are being affected than elder women’s. Though these tumors are harmless, lifestyle changes, modern food habits and physiological stress will have greater influence in developing simple fibroadenoma into complex/giant fibroadenoma which are at increased risk for breast cancer.
